Guest guest
Katu, can I say something about apple cider vinegar...it is a powerful diuretic. I took this once and I became very dehydrated. The loss of potassium caused muscle spasms and weakness. So, this technique (and it has been mentioned several times) needs to be approached with caution. In my adult years, after taking a lot of antibiotics that disturbed my internal bacteria which, in turn, lead to food allergies, I am also mildly allergic to apples. I tried an apple detox and, after one day, I thought I was going to pass out. Enough people have used this technique with success so I will not reject it but just add a caution. When I was young, a doctor gave me " water pills " for a diet. This depleted my potassium to the point that I still must watch my potassium levels and make sure I get enough in my diet. I do not mean to be a nay-sayer but a caution to consider....Lynn Koiner - Katu Wednesday, March 12, 2008 8:11 AM << >> Re:High Cholesteral Try raw apple cider vinegar, it should have " mother " in it.
