Guest guest
Any suggestions for clearing my skin. I have dark spots on chin and neck that I would like to get rid of. Any natural ideas or remedies would be great appreciated. Tiare.
Guest guest
I use a lotion with beta glucan in it (antioxidant) - it's slow, but my age spots are slowly fading, and it's natural. Guest guest
Tiare, Are you talking about age/liver spots? There are a few things that I've read about over the years: Apply castor oil to the spots-takes about 2-3 months OR Apply the 'juice' from dandelion stems.Grandpa Walton swore by this remedy OR Apply a paste made of cooked chick peas and water and let dry then wash off I've been applying a little bit of kombucha (my home brew) to some of mine and have noticed a little improvement. Also, be sure you are doing things that are supporting your liver (cleanse or herbs or eating liver strengthening foods). I know that sun exposure can make them worse, so use some type of sunscreen. However, if these are spots that are related to a 'scar' on non-Caucasian skin, I wish I knew of something. My daughter gets them whenever or wherever she has had any type of skin issue from a mosquito bite to a cut. I have yet to find anyone with a good suggestion to help with those. Hope this helps.
