Clarification: How do I naturally get rid of dark spots on face

The acne healing oil, which is basically a skin healing oil will heal scars of

all skin colors. I have seen a hand that had severe burns- where the

pigmentation went white/pink as a result- return to it's natural fully dark

color after using the oil.

The dark spots I am referring to are due to scarring on African-American skin,

any suggestions to help get rid of them, would be greatly appreciated.
