I'm a nite shift worker and want to adjust my sleep on my days off.. I work the overnite shift 12 hours, get home at 7:30 am, get between 4-6 hours of sleep.. (I have things to do, feed the cats, clean their litter etc.) One week I work 3 days the next week I work 4 days.. I just want to make the most of my days off... I have no trouble working the nite shift, I manage to keep my energy level up for that,... I just want to find a way to get up and keep it up on my days off....
