Guest guest
When my allergy acts up, I have running and itchy nose. When that happens, I dip my head in a bowl of salted water, then I open my eyes and blow my nose. It seems to help a little. Any other suggestions? Thanks, Brian
Guest guest
Go to your local health food store and get a neti pot to rinse you sinuses and nose with. You should be able to get the sodium rinse packs there too.........or you could go to your local Walgreen's and get the Neil Med set up. It has the rinse bottle and the packets to mix with distilled water. The entire set up is only $11. They work great. , " chanbr " <chanbr wrote: > > When my allergy acts up, I have running and itchy nose. Guest guest
I put a few drops of coconut oil inside and around the outside of my nostrils. After awhile, i also blow my nose. It seems to stop the allergy and lets me sleep nicely. No clogged or runny nose. Melly
