Guest guest
The most simple cure is to keep some fresh pineapple in the fridge and when you get it, nibble. The mechanism here is the enzyme, bromelain. Obviously, you could also take the supplement, but the pineapple is a better approach. This always works for me and the people that I suggest it to. Another cure is to take a tablespoonful of apple cider vinegar. This flies in the face of what you hear on TV ads, since you are adding acidity, but it works. Guest guest
Boy do I relate to you. I have acute GERD or whatever you want to call it and it is horrible. I feel many times like I am having a heart attack. I have been prescribed Aciphex and it has saved my life and sanity but still, if I drinking tea, regular or decaf or some other things I can really have an " attack. " Anyway, using this prescription might be helpful to you. It is pretty expensive but a compounding pharmacy might be able to make you up something that is similar to Aciphex that might help. Also, taking Zantac and Prilosec together can help. Good luck and keep me posted.
