It will take me a long time to catch up from the beginning. I will have a few questions as time progresses and will undoubtedly share also. I still have a caffeine addiction and hear everything about how bad withdrawal is. Is it really necessary to gradually taper or can I just stop? If I do just stop, about how long till the body readjusts. I am going to do the cold turkey route. That is easier in the long run for me.
