Painful cramps in feet

Thanks. Please make your suggestion little more explicit.  i.e. how the cup of

white vinegar to be used.  Should we drink it, apply on the area or soak cloth

and wrap ?

Try a cup of white Vinigar in warm water. Make sure

the area is covered. When the water is cold remove

and dry your feet. I just learned this trick from

my sister, who is a nurse.

I began have cramping in feet and legs about 10 years ago....went on several

years until I began taking Armour Thyroid....no cramps now ever. www

stopthethyroidmadness.com has hypothyroid symptoms that describe this

phenomena. Most all the made up diseases seems to fall under hypothyroid.
