Guest guest
I have read that if Castor Oil is rubbed on your back, it will help. I haven't tried it yet but am wondering if anyone of this group has. My pain involves includes three pinched nerves and four bulges in my back. North Texas has had a low pressure come through and I have had a terrible time with my back these last four days. There are other plants for back pain too, ST Johns Wort, when nerves are involved, Mullein and the root of Solomon seal. These are used externally, rubbed on, can be oil or tincture but with the back a nice massage with a healing oil is very good. Katu
