Guest guest
I just returned from lecturing in Arizona. I have always had problems with ear infections. While away and in the high altitude, my left ear was just raw. I often travel to Virginia Beach VA to have services in their health clinic so I have had a Lymph Massage before. This time I went to the AZ Clinic for a lymph massage (I am very big into lymph health) but it was totally different. This woman moved my lymph and worked it all. Within 2 hours, my ear infection was gone. I mention this only because I have read on this List that ear infections are caused by lymph problems. I remember posting a question on this matter since a friend is also having ear pain from an infection and she does not want to take antibiotics. Some of the answers were answers that I had already told my friend so this was a good confirmation. Someone else mentioned the lymph and this really perked my attention. This lymph discussion interested me greatly but now I know that what I read is true. Ear infections can be caused by lymph problems. I specifically asked this woman to work on my ears, which she did. This was a style of lymph work that I have not experienced, having only had one person do this for me. The Virginia Beach therapist was gentle and extremely relaxing. Now I need to find such a therapist in my own area. This confirms something else that I have always known...using the hot castor oil packs on the neck to stimulate the lymph there. I will need to do this more often which I feel this problem reoccurring. Friends, like myself, who have had the Epstein-Barr Virus sometimes develop swollen lymph. These packs work over night. I want to thank all of the Listers on this Forum since I have received so much good advice. Gratefully, Lynn
