Guest guest
I drink reverse osmosis water. I don’t believe any of the nutrients are added back to the water I buy. A few recommendations for adding back some nutrients lost from reverse osmosis are to add mineral supplements, a natural chelating agent like folic acid, or a pinch of unprocessed salt per gallon. What’s the best method for adding back nutrients to reverse osmosis water? Thanks for any replies.

The minerals in water are not nearly enough for optimal health (we'd needd to drink gallons and gallons each day), and the quality, quantity and types of minerals vary depending on location and even over time. In addition, minerals from food are more easily assimilated by our bodies. Carolyn

A 4 oz bottle should last a month or two.
