Guest guest
Hi Lanis228, Those statins will kill you before they help you. Did you know that the normal number of Cholestrol used to be as high as 300, about 20 years ago? Then they brought it down to 250, then 200 because the drug companies want you to buy their drugs and they are having the medical board lower the numbers. Our brains are made of 70% cholestrol so we need cholestrol in our diet and in our bodies. It protects our organs and our brains.  Eggs are one of the healthiest foods you can eat and you should be eating 2-3 every other day.  And Coconut is one of the best oils you can consume along with Extra Virgin Olive Oil (to make sure it's the real olive oil and not soy bean oil enhanced with olive flavor or aroma, you put it in the refrigerator for a few hours and it should be milky and cloudy. If it's fake, it'll be clear and see through. There are more olive oil sold in the world than is made, it's cost effective to buy soy bean oil and sell it as olive oil.) If you don't know the dangers of soy, here are two weblinks. http://www.westonaprice.org/soy/index.html http://www.totalityofbeing.com/FramelessPages/Articles/SoyPoison.htm http://www.organicfacts.net/organic-oils/organic-coconut-oil/health-benefits-of-\ coconut-oil.html By the way, the cereal industry is the one who came out and said that eggs were high in cholestrol 20 years ago. Yes it is high in cholestrol, the good kind. It's amazing what marketing can do to our society. I have learned so much from Dr. Wong's website and his podcasts. He talks about the increased incidents of Alzheimer's disease when our country went on this low cholestrol kick back in the 70-80s. And the increase in ADD and ADHD. He said that Alzheimer's disease was so rare 30 years ago, that doctors were told that they would probably never treat an Alzheimer's patient in their practice. That's not the case now, is it? We are not feeding our bodies the healthy fats that it needs and because of it, we are suffering. Here is his weblink. Down load the podcasts and listen to them. I guarantee you will be enlightened. http://www.drwongradio.com/ Click on PodCasts and look for the below titles, download and listen to them. You will be fascinated.  He will talk about several topics in a podcasts so enjoy all that he has to say. November 1 , 2008 (MP3: 13.8 MB: 30.00 minutes). 1) Bashing Boy-Men Yet Again! 2) High Blood Pressure Results 3) Stress & Sleep Supplements  1) Belly Fat, Estrogen & Alzheimers 2) Spring Cleaning your Insides: April 8, 2008 (MP3: 13.8 MB: 30:13 minutes)  Brain Function: August 27, 2007 (MP3: 13.8 MB: 30:04 minutes)   Also, here is another website for Weston A. Hulley, MD, MPH in their research on Carcinogenicity of Lipid-Lowering Drugs went to dig in the minutes of the Endocrinologic and Metabolic Drugs Advisory Committee meetings (under the Freedom of Information Act) during the discussion for the approbation of the drug gemfibrozil (October 17, 1988) > > What they found is beyond imagination and left me speechless. “Dr. Gloria Troendle (deputy director, Division of Metabolism and Endocrine Drug Products for the FDA) noted that gemfibrozil belongs to a class of drugs that has been shown to increase total mortality. It has been shown to have animal carcinogenicity and she does not believe the FDA has ever approved a drug for long-term prophylactic use that was carcinogenic at such low multiples of the human dose as gemfibrozil?â€To make a long story short, only three of the nine members of the advisory committee believed that the benefit of gemfibrozil outweighs the risk. The FDA ignored the committee’s recommendation and granted approval to the drug gemfibrozil. Under the Health Sentinel you will find a section on the FDA that will give you a better idea of what they’re all bout. > You can find all the information at: http://www.captainclark.com/Pages/jamareport.html > ============ ========= ========= ========= ========= ======= > What They Should Tell You Urgently about statins and coenzymeQ10 > > CQ10 is an antioxidant which protects he energy-producing parts of a cell (mitochondria) from toxic substances.Statins deplete coenzyme Q10 from your muscles and from your blood.Even worse, it blocks the biosynthesis of coenzyme CoQ10. > You can actually lose up to 50% of your CoQ10.
