Guest guest
Eat a healthy diet, eliminate red meat, buy foods without pesticides and preservatives. Lots of vegetables raw or steamed, fresh fruits eaten 2 hours before or after a meal. Cold pressed olive oil (good for the heart), flaxseed and cod liver oils are best. Lots of pure water, seeds and nuts. Eliminate stress in body and mind. I would add exercises like Yoga and tai chi, and meditation. Diane Hi I am a 50 year old male. I am in good shape and have no heart or breathing problems. I have exercized 3 times a week for many years. The problem is that I used to have a very poor diet and I am afraid that will lead to blockage problems 20 to 30 years from now, like my Father has. I used to eat tons of fried food and ice cream but my diet has been great now for many years. I was wondering if there is anything I can eat or drink daily such as apple cider vinegar or something else that will give me much less chances of a heart or artery blockage in the future. Thank you kindly Joe **************Summer concert season is here! Find your favorite artists on tour at TourTracker.com. Guest guest
Red meat is much maligned, but IMO the cholesterol from beef fat is much much lesss than the cholesterol which the human body manufqactures from carbs. Arterial damage can be reversed by supplying the body with healthy fats like omega 3 fish oils. For years I have used the recommendations of Linus Pauling and Dr.Rath to remove plaque and strengthen arteries. I take vitamin C to bowel tolerance, along with Lysine and Proline every day. You can download his free e-book (PDF files) here: Why Animals Don't Get Heart Attacks ... But People Do! http://www4.dr-rath-foundation.org/THE_FOUNDATION/About_Dr_Matthias_Rath/why_boo\ k.html Here is the basic supplement program from the PDF below.
