I caution everybody. Don't try to live on NSAIDs for pain relief. Don't get me wrong. NSAIDs are wonderful, but not in concentrated extended doses. I ended up with kidney disease due to the high doses I took for a couple of years. I will never be able to take another NSAID due to that. Having said that...get into physical therapy. They have wonderful exercises that will help with pain and flexibility. Traction may help. They have a fairly cheap one which hangs over a door. One of the best things I did was get a TENS unit. It's an electrical device that sends current through your nerves. Sounds gruesome, but oh what a relief! Good luck!
