Do the glucosamine supplements really work to help with joint lubrication?

Should the poping and cracking go away with the use of this product, and if so,

how long should it take to see the effects. thanks

because of my misspent youth as a rodeo clown i have several joint problems. I

use triple flex from nature made and have found it to be very positive. I have

also recommended it to clients and friends and they also have made positive

gains in less pain and better flexability. Be sure to take the proper amounts

and use glycosamine sulfate and msm in conjunction with chondroiton.....zeke

The limitation with Glucosamine and the other popular organic sulfates

other than MSM is that you can't take therapeutic amounts without

severely affecting your digestion. Most of us can take a half cup of

MSM a day and have no adverse affects. At that level, joint problems

will be a distant memory in short order. Take up to a gram of

Chondroitin and glucosamine with it. A small amount of Hyaluronic acid

is good too, but it is expensive and probably not needed.
