Guest guest Posted August 27, 2009 Report Share Posted August 27, 2009 In Asian countries where raw fresh seafood is in abundance, people marinate the raw fish in coconut or palm vinegar, sea salt, garlic, black pepper, onions and extremely hot red peppers.
