Guest guest
After some research I believe my husband has seborrhea dermatitis. Is there anything I can do for him before I take him to the doctor for this? I will make him an appointment just in case I can't fix it. This needs to fixed quick because it is spreading pretty fast. Thanks in advance. Thanks, Kim
Guest guest
Hi Kim, It is my belief that skin issues are rooted in the liver. I would recommend a liver cleanse and liver-supporting herbs such as Milk Thistle and Dandelion. Externally he may find tea tree oil in a coconut oil base to be beneficial. You may also look into candida to see if he has it as it can be related to yeast. I would advise against going to the doctor because he can't fix it! He'll only give drugs that will further tax the liver. It is really important to address what is off with your husband's body rather than try to cover up the symptoms. Hope this helps, Raine Kim wrote: After some research I believe my husband has seborrhea dermatitis. Is there anything I can do for him before I take him to the doctor for this? Guest guest
First time poster, but this post hit close to home. I realize this isn't an " all natural " remedy, but I have the same type of skin condition. Flaky, flaky, flaky - and as it flakes off, there is raw redness underneath. Before it starts flaking it feels like alligator skin....At any rate, I wash my skin thoroughly with warm water and a washcloth to dislodge extra flaky skin, pour Listerine (the original kind) on a cotton swab and cleanse my skin, letting the Listerine dry on my skin - yes it can sting if there are raw spots, but in my case, I think the results are worth it (my opinion :-) ). I drink Nettles, Oatstraw, and Red Clover tops infusion. This keeps my flakiness under control. If I slack off, it always comes back/gets worse. I also cut down on yeast products. I also agree that a liver detox could be quite helpful. Hope this helps. herbal remedies , " Kim " <irishgirl75@c...> wrote: > > After some research I believe my husband has seborrhea dermatitis.
