Guest guest
I've thought of an analogy that may explain better. Consider a swimming pool. The pH balance of the water must be carefully maintained for the "health" of the pool. We are also predominately water, and need that same care. -Raine Raine wrote: Hi Bundy, The belief that what we use as fuel for our bodies affects the acidity/alkalinity is a widely held view. When you consider that acidic foods leave behind an ash that the body must then deal with, it's not so difficult to imagine. There is a lot more to it than that, of course, but I will leave it to others more knowledgeable than myself to explain. -- Swap Your Paperback Books - PaperBackSwap.com
Guest guest
Raine, Cute! I always use the aquarium. If the bacteria or the alkalinity is off, the fish get sick with disease, stressed out and die. Our bodies need the same care, or they will do the same thing. fft herbal remedies , Raine <rainelovesj@s...> wrote: > > I've thought of an analogy that may explain better.
