I'm thinking that perhaps I'm becoming a bit protein deficient lately. I've been trying to change the way I eat, go mostly veggie, but I've also been feeling tired and more hungry than I think I should. Someone mentioned to me to make sure I'm getting enough protein, but I don't know how much that should be. I'm 5'7', and I exercise 5 days/wk - cardio and weights.
