I have a friend that ask me if I knew if there were any herbs that

would help in skinking fibroids. I told her no, but I would ask for her.

Does anyone know?? But I did tell her she needed to start with a tbc

first. And to change her diet.

Thanks for any help

Pam

I've been studying this as I have breast and

uterine fibroids, and aside from diet there are several things that

will help; sitz baths, green clay packs, castor oil packs...

I know mine are caused/influenced by Estrogen dominance, so I'm using a

plant-based Progesterone cream. Specific herbs seem to depend on where

the fibroids are located. If you share what type of fibroids they are,

I will post what my herbal books say.

Hope this helps your friend,

Raine

I've found that chaste tree berry tincture helps to balance the secretion of estrogen/progesterone hormones. You can take it via tincture, herbs (tea) or pill form. I take mine first thing in the morning with some diluted water (the earlier the better...not sure why). Does anyone know anything about Reiki shrinking fibroids?Raine <rainelovesj wrote: I've been studying this as I have breast and uterine fibroids, and aside from diet there are several things that will help; sitz baths, green clay packs, castor oil packs... progesterone cream worked for me, but also remember that non-organic

meat and pultry are full of estrogens, especially cows milk.

Microwaving food in plastic containers also contaminates your food with

estrogens. There is so many places that estrogens are hidden in

foods. It should be outlawed.

I have had excellent results using the spice tumeric for my partner's

fibroids, along with Panther Piss.
