Hi,

 

I posted a question to Rob and or Doc about protein, but haven't

gotten a reply yet, so I thought I'd put it out to everyone.

 

Does anyone know how much protein an adult female, age 40 should

consume each day? I exercise 5 days/week.

 

Also, other than meat, chix, fish, what is a good daily source of

protein?
