I have always used fresh peppers so I dont know fur-sure. I would just put it into a blender and make the thickness between V-8 and applesauce, hope that helps. You wont mess anything up, just do it and somethng will tell you when it is right. When I make it with fresh habenaro peppers I fill the blend with peppers and 3/4 of the way up I add the vodka. Just make with the consistency of applesauce. You will not hurt a thing if it is a little to thin or a little thick what the vodka does is extract and preserve the pepper. Just make it and give it a shake everyday for about 2 to 4 weeks the take an old tshirt and strain and squeeze the heck out of it and you will have your tincture. P.S: wear gloves Gina~HMS~ <ladyboomer53 wrote: is there specific amounts of ceyenne powder to vodka....?? i am not sure i understand..thanks Hms
