Hello!

I am planning to prepare Doc's total tonic formula. First, can anyone tell me

what the

dosage would be for the tincture? Second, is it o.k. to use dried cayenne pods

and dried

black walnut hulls? I am up in AK and am having a hard time finding fresh

organics.

Thanks so much, any info would be great!

Hi Jocelyn! I couldn't find any fresh peppers a few months ago either, so I used dried habaneros. It worked great! The stuff lights me up every time I take it, lol. I had previously bought a formula from Doc, and just re-used the bottle and dropper for the tonic. The dropper works out to be maybe a 1/2 tsp or so, and I usually take 2. I don't know what everyone else does though. =o)
