Guest guest
I read many postings about cayenne pepper in these colums. Is it red chillie? I assume that cayenne pepper is very hot. True? I live in the area of the world where very hot chillie is used in every dish. Some people add it in tea also. But I don't know whether it gives any medicinal effect. We use black pepper as a medicine for a lot of diseases. Insted of tooth paste try this: Black pepper powder powdered sea salt charcoal powder - (charcoal obtained from burning rice husk is the best.- outer covering of rice seed , which is usually thrown away. Take equal quantities of the above and brush your teeth before you go to bed and in the morning. Feel the great change. P.J.
