Aloha Rita,

The only thing I have found to deal with a wheat intolerance is to not

eat wheat. I know it's difficult, but after awhile your body doesn't

even crave it anymore. And you end up not being able to eat all sorts

of things that are bad for you anyway, ie, processed foods. Drinking

ginger tea helps me as well to deal with the nausea you can get from

accidentally eating wheat. Exercise helps as well.

Good luck,

Lee

Oh Yes, do a Total Body Cleanse and really focus on the colon cleanse once the colon is moving take the #2 formula that will pull the build of years of your life off, wheat and gluten product glue to your intestinal walls like wall paper gue and when you get such a build up, it builds to many problems. I was told to stay away from wheat and gluten so I did but I never heard Dr Christopher say to stay away from wheat and gluten all I heard is to eat it, but soak your grains before so your body could digest it and he also said if your allergic to something you need more of it. I could never understand that, until I did a 37 day Fast and 5 days a week I took #2 from day 16 to day 37, 14 ft of dry black grudge came out of me, it was the build of years of food that got stuck. When I was done with that fast I could eat all those grains just fine my body was starved of those vitamins that grains gives you, it couldn't absorb it threw all those hard dry layers

of stuff stuck there. Now I thoroughly understood what that man was saying it was my biggest break threw of healing MS and I continued to heal from that point on and now symptom free GinaR <rashashon wrote: Hi group,Is there anythink to help with wheat/gluten allergy?thx, rita Messenger with Voice. Yes, eat a

gluten free diet, which is pretty easy with all the food that is out there

today. Start eating food from mother earth that has not been denatured,

packaged, boxed, canned, processed, has additives, preservatives, emulsifiers,

colorings, flavor dies, etc.

No I am

not. I work with clients who are though. Research shows that most eastern and

northern European ‘s are. That is common, but there are always others. You

can test for it, but the best thing is just to be cautious and eliminate all

foods that have it. Most tolerate a good diet mostly of quality protein and

fats. As well as above ground veggies and small amounts of the tolerable items

listed below. It is a protein that is in grains and most that is. Here is a

list for you and hopefully it helps.

Foods and Gluten/Gliadin Intolerance

Intolerable Foods

(contains gliadin):

Wheat

Oats (some say it

does and some say that it doesn’t)

Barley

Rye

Spelt

Teff

Kamut

Amaranth

Couscous

Quinoa

Tolerable Foods:

Corn

Rice

Wild Rice

Buckwheat

Millet

Arrowroot

Tapioca

Taro

Wheat Grass

Barley Grass

Barley Malt

Soy contains a small amount of gliadin;

therefore, depending upon individual levels of intolerance, soy may be

acceptable. Soy protein isolate (often found in protein powders, food bars, and

other soy protein products contains 8x the concentration of gliadin and should

therefore be avoided.

Note: Fermented soy products (e.g. tempe, tofu) contain high concentrations of soy protein that

might make them problematic.
