thanks gab ;) i will definately do so... i have gone through physical therapy which had a lot of deep tissue massage and it hurt like heck, but worked well... that was years ago, but looks like i'll venture that avenue again...

What do you all think of accupunture????

i would go and find a good massage therapist who does cranial work . it sounds like some of your neck + face muscles are tight . i read in one of my books lately [ wish i'd remember which on e] that a tight muscle can cause sinus problems .

sounds like tension and nerve inpingement to me . i would defenitly get a good neckmassage and maybe ssssome neckadjustment from a chiropractor .

I use

acupuncture, cupping and acupressure myself, within my practice and I am

currently a Masters Student in as we speak. Not to go into

detail, but it is a great addition to anyone’s healing program. It would

not heart to try it. I do NMT on my client’s which brings results. Sometimes

that pain just keeps coming back so I use Acupuncture and poof, everything is

gone!
