Guest guest
Hello everyone, it has been awhile since I posted and I'm hoping someone can help. I just flew back from a vacation, but before I came home I came down with a cold. So when I got onto the airplant my ears plugged up terrible. Now they are still plugged, but not as bad and they hurt. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do. I heard of garlic oil, but how does one make it and how much do you use? Thanks so much can't wait to hear clearly again, oh, also does anyone have anything for a naggy cough also, I'm a mess right now. Guest guest
I was just in Cancun and my ears got good and plugged and I put Lobelia down them and my did that work great. I dont know if it was the lobelia of the apple cider vinegar that it is made out of that worked the best. Guest guest
You can simply use a few drops of your own urine. An excellent book on Urine Therapy is called "Your Own Perfect Medicine" by Martha Christy. Guest guest
I had the same problem after a flight from fl to ny- miserable. spent my whole vacation with painful stuffy ears. I tried everything and nothing worked. someone sid blow smoke in the ear, others said chew gum, hold your breath and blow out while holding your nose (carefully), could try going underwater I suppose. for me it took the flight home to do it. awful...... and for the cough, I recently started using straight honey for a cough and works beautifully, even cheapo stuff in a jam (ex coughing fit while shopping, stop by a coffee shop and grab a packet- ) plus it sure tastes better than the OTC cough syrups and drops except maybe ricola. that’s pretty good. melisa
