50-50 Alcohol/distilled water-- HELP

I've asked for help several times about this and am getting frustrated about asking. I need someone to tell me what sort of alcohol is needed for the male energy formula. I understand that a lot of folks, esp men, don't like talking about this but it's importiant to us wives. In anycase, I feel stupid that I'm asking this but I need to know. Thanks so much.

Any vodka will do. The same stuff that you buy at any liquor outlet. There is nothing "special" about it. You can also use rum if you like. Here's a link that explains how to make your own tinctures. And remember, if you're from Canada or Australia or any other "British" colony, 80 - 100 proof = 40 - 50 proof. http://www.primary.net/~gic/herb/tincture.htm Barb

I responded to this yesterday. I need to go back a little to check for

responses in the posts. 80 proof vodka is 40% alcohol and 40% water,

this is what i use most of the time in tincturing as everclear 100

proof is hard to find in some locales, 100 proof is 50% alcohol and

50% water.

Hi!

I have never made the male formula, but I always use

either vodka or apple cider vinegar. I have never used

anything else except glycerin. Hope this helps!

hi- im sorry- I wish I knew but I don’t. im new to the group and learning myself. I too have asked and not gotten much response for some really pressing matters. don’t know what to tell you but let you know you rent the only one if that hels.
