Just wanted to say hello and give a brief intro! I am a married

mother of three. We live on a small hobby farm in Idaho and raise

Miniature Australian Shepherds (which we feed a species appropriate

diet :0)... We also raise goats & rabbits, and have a new horse!

<grin>

We have been studying herbs & essential oils for over 11 years, but

only became really serious about natural remedies after our oldest

child had a severe reaction to a DT shot about 8 years ago. The

only help we received was from a naturopathic doctor a town away --

thankfully, the thuja helped tremendously, though we still see

remnants of vaccine damage.

To make a long story shorter, we decided not to vaccinate our

youngest children, and have taken the road less traveled with our

family's medical care (in other words, we don't go in unless

somebody needs stitches <grin>)

I am excited to read and learn here... Someday (when the kids are a

bit more grown) I want to become an ND.

Thanks for enduring my ramblings...

Jacque

Welcome to the group! I am new as well, and you hit on

something I have been meaning to ask the group

about, and that is vaccinations. We decided not to go

that route primarily based on my study on the

energies, and not putting a negative substance into my

children. But I recently found out that a Naturopath

in my area offers homeopathic immunizations. Have you

or anyone else here had any experience with this or

know how it works?

Thanks, Jesse
