Hello all. My question is "What is the difference between bread flour and regular flour?" I want to make whole wheat rolls and all the recipes call for bread flour. Is it interchangeable with some other "good" flour?

Thanks,

Kim

Regular

flower is made from hard red winter wheat and cake flour is made from white

wheat berries, so it’s a different consistency.
