Guest guest
Hello all. My question is "What is the difference between bread flour and regular flour?" I want to make whole wheat rolls and all the recipes call for bread flour. Is it interchangeable with some other "good" flour? Thanks, Kim

Guest guest
Regular flower is made from hard red winter wheat and cake flour is made from white wheat berries, so it’s a different consistency. -Shelby -----Original Message----- herbal remedies [herbal remedies ]On Behalf Of Kim Tuesday, May 23, 2006 9:09 AM To: herbal remedies Herbal Remedies - Bread flour Hello all.
