Strep Throat

I have never seen the herb blue vervain to fail to kill strep and

relieve the symptoms in less than a day. No matter what infection, I

wouldn't be without it. It has a fairly bad taste to me, but my

daughter absolutely loves the taste of it as soon as she gets strep.

Otherwise, she doesn't like it. I have always been taught that when

something that normally tastes bad tastes good to you, you need it at

that point for whatever is bothering you. Seems to work this way for

her. I always get her diagnosed by the doctor, take the prescription

from him for the antibiotics, then throw out the prescription when I

get home. At that point, I usually know what it is anyway and she's

been on the blue vervain already. Doctors are good for diagnosing
