## ok this sounds great BUT what about that salt? wont it make you retain

Not if you use it like prescribed in my email. Remember you must use a high

grade of Sea Salt like DeSousa. That is imparative. I thought the same

thing but I've lost weight. Not at first, I actually used it for about 4-6

weeks before noticing how baggy my clothes were getting. The SSE literally

cleans your whole body out, getting rid of all the sludge and crap that

accumulates over time. I needed an assist in getting rid of chemicals, I

used to take prescriptions. I now longer do, I feel wonderful and swear by

as you do it as prescribed you are going to be going to the bathroom a lot.

You do not retain water. Keep matches or deordorizer around. Your body is

mushen- thank you very much - if you don’t mind, what are the side effects, besides those you mentioned like BO. currently I am bedbound so the BO I can deal with. when you say frequent bathroom trips, does it give you the runs or just make you urinate more like a water pill? or both? I don’t mean to be a pest but I always opted for natural remedies because I like to know all the angles of how my body will respond before doing something you know. so I like to know all the effects good and bad before trying anything. my original question was because last month I was hospitalized for a neurological disease that worsened badly and they gave me he doses of steroids and I blew up bad and still have a lot of weght from it both water retention and plain old fat. I was told to avoid salt of course hence my 1st question - I don’t think there would be any other things to be weary of do you? anyways, I thank you again for your reply. I will try to look up online. also where do you purchase the DSS? is it at stores here in the states or online?
