hi michelle. I'm in the same boat. Father had bypass surgery at 55, andi'm

40 and choletsral was high, 7.1 or something. I too don't want to take

meds, because they are hard on the body, and I already take blood pressure

meds. anyway I got my cholesterol down to 5.5, which is on the way. I ate

oatmeal every morning for about 3 months, and I also take blueberry leaf

extract. ( i heard blueberry can lower cholesteral, from someone.) I also

take an oral chelation product called OC max, and a honey based oral

chelation compound. I got those from trish. not too

expensive. I have to show continued improvement over the next 4 months, or

they'll threaten me with lipitor again, and it caused me muscle pain, and

I've heard rumours of nerve damage as well. Anyway, Blueberry is one that

you might not have heard of.

Hidden Truth About Cholesterol-Lowering Drugs!

I also was diagnosed with high cholesterol and high triglycerides and MD wanted to put me on 'station's. I refused and have controlled my numbers with diet and Doc's Body Balance (old Panther Piss) formula.
