Hi. I am new to herbalism and wondered if any of you could recommend

your favorite *simple* recipe for me to start with? I'm so excited

about the possibilities, but I'm also nervous about cultivating and

actually using herbs medicinally for the first time. So I need

something simple to get in there and try it. Any ideas? Thanks for

thinking about it!

I guess that's the problem! I am really having a hard time narrowing

down my interests...

I've been thinking I'd like to make something that is just really

soothing and supportive in times of stress. I was thinking about some

kind of balm or salve that someone could put on their temples or rub

on their feet when they are going to sleep? Or something to take

internally? A tincture or vinegar? I'm definitely most drawn to

something that is just really gentle for lifting and calming the

spirit. Any ideas?

Thanks! katherine
