Below 2 reports of people who have done/are doing

sungazing:

 

Back in 2005...before Katrina hit here...I was directed by a friend

to this site...I know...it's New Age...and I did go into it with alot of

skeptisism (sp?)...but the truth was that in the short amount of time

that I did it......

I really did work...

I remember having really no appetite and only sleeping about 5 hours

a night without any lethargy the next day..I had energy beau coup...weird

energy...I can't really explain it...except to relate that

your mind is thinking constantly...Problem solving and analyzing

becomes a past time...

At any rate, I had only been doing it for about four weeks when the

storm hit and then, well..you know...i forgot about it in the midst of

everything else..

the site was better in 2005...It discussed more about the effects of

sun gazing..such as the lessened need for food etc..it also went further

into how the pineal gland becomes activated by light and the science of

seratonin...

Now it looks a little...I don't know..spiritual rather than

scientific..

But...

You can look into it...it may not be your cup of tea...but if we may

have to go for extended periods without food etc...or need more hours to

garden..

My husband and I have been sungazing regularly for nearly 4 years! We

met HRM (see web site) 4 years ago at a lecture---he is constantly

touring---and we started out, as directed at 10 sec. adding 10 sec a day.

YOU MUST DO IT ONLY AS DIRECTED ON HIS WEB SITE---only at safe hours and

only adding 10 sec. per day. If not safe hours, the ultraviolet rays can

damage your eyes. YOU MUST DO IT ONLY within An HOUR BEFORE SUNSET OR

within AN HOUR after sunrise! The atmosphere at those times blocks out

the harmful rays. If you don't go gradually, adding 10 sec per day, then

your brain won't register it properly.

My husband and I took nearly 2 years to get up to the maximum amt. of

44 minutes (too many cloudy days). We maintain at 15 min. a day. We chose

to keep eating (bad habit!) BUT we both feel we could eat---and often

do----a third or a half of what we used to. If we sungaze 30 min, there

is no hunger!

My husband got his eyes checked several times, the doc says they are

BETTER than before!!! (the optic nerve)

This is a very powerful way to get PRANA (energy) from alternative

sources. If you walk barefoot on dirt or sand, you also absorb prana.

Just don't do it on GRASS, cause it sucks the solar energy right out!

A complementary way to get more prana is yoga, esp. kundalini yoga,

and pranic breathing.

I firmly believe we were led to this ancient practice because in the

future only people who reduce the amount of food they need will survive,

and we will need to teach this ancient skill to others.

NOTE: We now absolutely never get depressed in the winter! We both

used to.

ALSO: Yes, the pineal gland does open! My husband now can see auras!

I didn't get that ability....however.....interestingly, after doing this

about a month (beginner's luck?) I did have visions one night, very

brief. WW3 and also earth changes (pole shift). Never had them after

that, though. I think I need to take it more seriously and meditate or

pray during the session, usually I just chat with my husband. Most

couples eat dinner together. We never do. We just sungaze together!
