Sorry for off topic, but i share the feelings as Hanneke.

I could not bear to read about how the baby's tiny fingers were

forcibly torn off mother's bosom, as the baby desperately cling to

mothers neck... it is so disturbing.. i found myself sobbing (and i am

a man)... i keep thinking of all these babies, kids, and the

mothers... i continue to wonder... how could this happen? how? and why

is the public so silent?

Thanks for listening.

Are we witnessing at a form of cancer in our society?

Iam absolutely terrified cant even begin to fathom what has happened to our legal system. The system is corrupt broken and those in position of power are taking advantage of the very fact. How can we live in a society that takes away the very liberty that was granted us by our forefathers who left there own country for freedom of religious persecusion. What society are we living in that takes away such a simple freedom. How can we sit idle and do nothing.. we all need to be very afraid but this doesnt mean do nothing it means now is the time to make a stand for our freedoms while the whole world is watching ..there are several things that are not okay with the compound but to come in and take away a whole sect of people based on hearsay is absolutely insane what happened to due process my god !!!!! you only have had to deal with the texas chilren protective services to know that they are absolutely not at all qualified to have made a decision of this

magfnitude. they are inept at best ..they are a bunch of monkeys incapable of any self thought. They have a gang mentality if you will.. similar to that of the police ..thugs,bullys under the guise of a state program there for the benefit of the people not true ..their needs to be an independent agency investigating of the people ..any and all decisions made by those who are in power and capable of abuse.. like what has taken place today my dear freinds.. It is a very sad day and we need to mourn just another death in our pursuit of freedom and happiness...Any one out there willing to make a go of it with me and some how start up some sort of grassroots effort for those involved in this tragedy..strength in numbers!! Iam not entirely sure how to go about this endeavor.Iam more then sure that someone out there knows a little something about non-violent protest and grassroots organization efforts..Dont any one get me wrong if some abuse of sorts has taken place then yes

those who have commited these crimes must pay the penalty ..with out doubt but that is where the crux of the issue takes place we can have that happen with investigation in proper venue.. innocent until proven guilty not the other way aroundd dammit!!!!!! sincerely cynthia Kris *ii7y <ilovechile+ wrote: Sorry for off topic, but i share the feelings as Hanneke.I could not bear to read about how the baby's tiny fingers wereforcibly torn off mother's bosom, as the baby desperately cling

Good Morning,

I live in Texas, just three hours away from the ranch where those

poor children and mothers were separated. Many of us feel repulsed

by the actions of CPS, but don't know what to do about the legal

situation. If some of you would like to become organized so that

we can do something together, please let us know.

Today it is that group. Which one will it be tomorrow? Pagans?

Shakers? Vegetarians? It has already happened to smokers. My bet is

that it will be de facto for those who do not vaccinate their kids.

Please understand that by my comments I am in no way advocating what

the police did in this situation. However, the big difference between

vegetarians, those who don't vaccinate, and this mormon cult, etc?

There is suspicion of child molestation in the mormon cult. There are

children who have left the cult and have testified to the fact that

they themselves were molested. Boys testify to being sodomized and

14-year-old girls testify to being raped by their 60-year-old

" husbands " . Are you going to nullify their awful experience by

protecting those that did this to them??

I am a mom a I've cried over the fact that babies were ripped from

their moms arms. But, I've also cried over the fact that there are

young girls who are brain washed into thinking they're going to heaven

if they allow themselves to be raped and have and old man's baby.

What's the solution? I honestly don't know. But, I think you need to

consider all the facts before jumping on a band wagon.

Why didn't they arrest the particular males involved in the accusations?

Also polygamy is against the law in most states I believe. Just my 2 cents.

I don't know everything about this case and I don't believe in attacking

someone's religion either.

Interesting perspective. Was Woodstock cause or effect in relation to

things like the Vietnam War, Draft, assasanations, ect... Which came first

the chicken or the egg? Rock and Roll or suicides? How many suicides have

beer, rock music and cigarrettes prevented? Just asking. Here's a great

video about the philosophy of Liberty.

Lordy, Lordy--Are we all anarchists, too? Before you think these FLDS

folks are all total victims, please do a little research.

These children ARE seriously at risk. They were NOT getting educated,

they were often physically abused, the young women were often DRUGGED

w/o their actual consent ( " vitamins " ,) involuntarily " married " raped

and impregnated as teens AND they were heavily brain-washed to submit

to ALL of this as GOD'S WILL.

Read some of the info from women that have actually left that cult,

like ESCAPE, by Carolyn Jessop, or listen to the interviews of the

women who have GOTTEN OUT SUCCESSFULLY--not those that are still

" under the influence. "

After all a lot of people drank Jim Jones' punch willingly, and we

STILL wish that we could have intervened more successfully there with

all those women and children, or those who were forced!

OH, BALONEY! What about the preservation of Yellowstone and Yosemite

by the Government, and the nightmares of LOVE Canal and other toxic

waste dumps by private industry and " the people " ? Let's let this

thread die a natural death--IT IS TOTALLY OFF TOPIC!!

That's the problem, Bill. Instead of going after those who actually broke the law, they are punishing everyone now (before it happens) because they might break the law in the future, may be 10-13 years down the road.

This raid is a case of preemptive punishment, in my mind, and it has a broad implications that should make any freedom loving person shiver in disgust. Welcome to the Orwellian society... Love, Kris

Where do you get the idea that they haven't broken the law yet? There

were four from the cult in a tv interview the other day admitting to

the fact that they break laws! They themselves admitted it!!

I believe many people are ignorant about the truth of what goes on

behind the closed doors of the mormon church. I just think you need

to open your minds to the possibility that there's another side to

this story.

I'd say many are ignorant of the state's true intentions against the people, just as many (except for us?) are ignorant of the true intentions of the FDA and just about all other (3-Letter) alphabet soup...

I'm not debating the freedom to worship the way you want to. I'm

debating their " freedom " to molest children. Why are you trying to

protect child molesters?

I have the feeling that many people are ignorant

about the fact that liberties are being attacked

daily by government agencies.

When reading up on sexual abuse perpetrated by

clerics, there is not one

denomination blameless. However, have raids

been held? Please google sex abuse and religion,

or churches, or anything really. I saw set of

statistics(of insurance company) with claims of

abuse covering a steady flow every year.

Please look into it and see the broader

picture. Today it is this group (which I have to

emphasize has not proven to be justified as no

pregnant teens have been reported, but already 2

young children are unaccounted for, and 3 have

ended up in a hospital already). Emotional abuse

is perpetrated at a grand scale by those who say

they took the children for their own protection.

Today this church, tomorrow another group will

be the focus. If based on sexual abuse alone,

they will feel justified to cart whole cities off

to a FEMA camp possible on ground of

one alleged case of abuse. Unthinkable?? think again..

I do not condone sexual, child abuse or any

physical abuse and should be investigated and

brought to justice. Don't ask me the condone the

taking away of 467 children on the allegations of a hoax caller!

I know there are things that have been off topic on this group list

but I was very surprised that one would send something inappropriate

and negative about a religion on a health and healing group list. Do

you have nothing more interesting to educate people on than trying to

spread negativity against a religion. There are many other groups you

can do that on instead of the Health and Healing group.

You know I am all for freedom of speech, freedom of religion, and I

feel that many of our freedoms have been taken from us. However today

when I read that 31 out 55 teenage girls in this group are either

pregnant or have already had a baby, that just made me really mad.

There is nothing about freedom to rape, taking advantage of a child,

or abuse of a child that I condone. I do not believe that is part of

the Mormon religion, I think that is people taking cover under

religion to do what they want when they want, no matter who they

hurt. I feel that every man that has fathered any of these baby's

should go to prison for rape. They are doing blood tests on all

involved, so it should not be that hard to prove who did what. My

gosh they already have several wifes, leave these little girls alone.

Well, that is my opinion of the situation.

Sorry, that you found the truth negative. The abuse of the said organization can

cause stress which can weaken the immune system leading to sickness. Sorry, you

did not understand the connection. See www.herballegacy.com for info on the

connection between stress and immunity. Political Correctness is Fascism. Free

speech is a Right.
