Guest guest
Americans are the most wasteful culture in the whole wide world. Considering the high cost of fuel, you would think that the last thing they would want to do is waste it on mowing their grass. Worrying about front yard appearance is soooo minor. , Hanneke <blosshan wrote: > > if the proposed plans become reality. in Ohio,. Another little > freedom going? Guest guest
Yeah, we like to watch our grass grow in our yard. Most do not realize that we do not really own the land we hold title to, did you know? it's better to rent if you live in USA. We have literally millions of code and more are added everyday. And ignorance is not a defense. Over 2 million people are locked up in USA, more that any other country in the world. we have 5% of world population, yet we have a quarter of all prisoners in the world. You may say, well China must have more prisoners. Not true! We have 6.7 time as many prisoners than China (per capita), did you know? Think about it. Prison is a huge (and growing) business in USA. It's highly profitable, plus the prisoners are slave labor - many big corporations use it, did you know? We all know and talk about how the medical industry does harm to people for the sake of profit. The same is true for just as massive legal industry. They harm people for the sake of money/profit. The USA is heading toward one of the most oppressive nations in the history of mankind, do you realize this? Why are people so complacent? Did you hear about the slow cooking of a frog? If you put a frog into a boiling water, it will jump out of the pot. But, if you put it in warm water and turn up the heat slowly, it will stay in the pot until it is cooked and dead. Guest guest
You got it Kris, that's the method they are using, the frog in the pot. Is the prison system in USA privatised? If so, that's another bad bad sign because no government will have take the brunt of any complaints about what goes on behind those steel doors. Guest guest
We have private prisons and state run prisons. The neocons are what we call corporate fascists. They're in bed with the globalists and the multinational corporations and they love to " privatize " things. They get real excited when you mention the term " public/private partnership " . This is their idea of shrinking government. However some think when they privatize something government just got bigger. - " Hanneke " <blosshan Friday, May 23, 2008 8:56 PM Re: Re: Watching your grass grow may stop you from landing in jail You got it Kris, that's the method they are using, the frog in the pot.
