Guest guest
Hi Clares, My husband was diagnosed with Hep C, (12yrs ago) the VA told him to come in for checking because ALL the men were being tested, sure enough he had it, the meds made him so sick, he was going down hill fast. He got to where he would not take any more of the medication they put him on, and he did not take the offer of chemo, all of the RX went into the garbage, were it belonged. We started to detox him with kombucha made with the real "mother(mushroom)" he also got on the gluten-free diet and no milk or artificial sweeteners, it took him a year to get a clean slate, now he back to normal. I heard DANGEROUS GRAINS was banned here in the US, I know you can order it, but it never comes? That is the way it was for a friend of mine about 4 years ago, I do hope It has changed, that is a great book, I have a very old copy! Elaine I am GF/CF and I do not find it expensive at all..... in fact all you have to do is remove all the toxic substances that industry puts into your food, and by that I mean cook and prepare your own food stufs and eliminate all the shop bought products......... Get used to NOT eating wheat oat barley and rye plus their off shoots like tritical etc, and as for milk... well there you have me! sad to say that this is the harder part for me because I like the taste of milk .... I loved my cup of tea with milk in, but have (very ungraciously) gotten used to a weak black cup of tea with my breakfast.... BUT I am now 100 percent better in myself, my digestion, my lack of stomach acid, my painfull bowels have stopped aching..... its been worth it again and again and again...... Read the book DANGEROUS GRAINS....... and learn what they do to a body who has an ? allergy ? intolerance to them.... Then you will find ways to cook without them and stay away from the store / industry prepare foods, including all the new g/f foods that are turning up on the shelves which are loaded with chemicals and arghhhhhh SOY! Don't buy store bought stuff at all except for the alternative grains so you can cook your own meals safely! Then its not too expensive at all Cheer's from Clare in Tasmania
