Guest guest
I want to thank Dr. Damsky of Australia and all my other friends who described their ewxperiences with coffee. I am addicted to coffee and am withdrawing with the assistance of a good acupuncturist. The acupuncturist suggested that I try alternatives to coffee: camelia sinensis, ilex (Yerbe Mate), cola nitida (Cola Nut), paulinia cupana(Guarana) and theobroma cacao (Choclate). I surfed through the internet and did not find any satisfying literature about these from a TCM perspective, and that is what I want. Can anyone kindly provide any TCM literature on these popular sources of methylxanthine:ADVISE.
