hmm, interesting. i'ld like some verification of the larry king results,

and any other known clinical results with it.

If one practices very simple pranayama breathing exercises such as alternate

nostril breathing (for 20 cycles) and Ujjaya Pranayam (for 20

cycles).......amongst other benefits........blood pressure can normalize needing

no

machines.
