herb formula & company name help

Ah, well, when I was in my 1st year I wrote down notes that now are

useful. the problem is my ear wasn't trained then and I wrote down

some words that seemed to make sense, but can't seem to find the

formula. Please let me know if this makes sense (for fertility):

 

Tzu su Fan

Tai Pan Su

 

I believe they were from the company that sells caps in an amber

bottle with the gold label, and red and blue bands around it. their

formulas are in wade-giles. can you identify the name of the company

for bonus points?
