Guest guest
Dear Aromatherapy people, A soap maker friend has asked me if I want to go to France around July 16-around 28th, 2004. Do any of you know where I can find what's happening in France in Provence? Lavender will probably be being harvested at that time. Thank you for your help. Guest guest
Don't know what is going on in France at that time, but you gave me an idea of what my MIL and son can bring home to me, they are going June 26-July 6. Rahnny
Guest guest
Hi Jan I don't know if there will be any festivals going on but the centre of the industry is Grasse and I'm sure you will be able to find some activity. Have you done a search on Google? Perhaps it would come up with something if you put in Lavender festival - Provence, or something like that Sorry I can't be of more help Regards Ann - Scotland www.fineoils.co.uk Do any of you know where I can find what's happening in France in Provence? Lavender will probably be being harvested at that time.

This looks like exactly what you are looking for: http://www.routes-lavande.com/travelling/agenda.asp (Don't forget that in France we write dates day/month/year ) And there are telephone numbers for the tourist offices - I'm sure they all speak English. Look at this: http://www.routes-lavande.com/travelling/map.html Road trips for lavender-seeing... I didn't realise there was so much to do around Lavendar!! I also have another address where I found some AT (?) classes in the South of France. I am sure that they would be in French, but if you contact the organisors, they may be able to help you (and I would imagine you could contact them in English...) http://www.nature-helps.org/ I hope you find what you are looking for, and enjoy your stay in France!!
