Guest guest
What is being advanced here are philosophical views on doctors that have got nothing to do with the facts on gallstones. The facts are there to be seen on the website I advised people to read, but I realise you can take a horse to water but you can't force it to drink! I have no love of doctors. Four years ago I was diagnosed as having gallstones and was admitted to hospital as an emergency. Discharged myself after 24 hours of having a real herbal extract pumped into me (morphine)as the hospital ward was just dreadful. Following that diagnosis I changed my diet, slightly increased water consumption and religiously took half a lemon (including peel) as a hot drink daily for 6 months. I was told I would still need a gall bladder removal. This was after incompetently done scans where they never convinced me they had seen anything. Waited a year for the operation and had no more symptoms. Following seeing the consultant again he agreed with me that the operation could be postponed. No more symptoms for over 2 years. Last January my pain returned at night only and stayed with me for 4 weeks during which time I was badly sleep deprived. Doctors conclusion " gallstones - lets remove it " . I was not convinced and paid for some expensive special scans which chopped me into tiny sections and showed a NORMAL gall bladder, but instead a problem in the liver. So as you can see I have no reason to defend doctors, but I sure do not defend quack treatments either. These gallstone flushes are clearly quack treatmebnt if only you open your eyes and look at the facts. Guest guest
You took the words right out of my mouth. And I was a pre-med student. Doctors have their place, but unfortunately, they want that place to be everywhere! LOL! At the same time, that doesn't stop certain practices from being anatomically impossible. The two are not related.
