Guest guest
Hi Christine I apologise for the lateness of this reply. I was away for a week and I've had a lot of catching up to do. > I thought some of our friends in " Oz " might be interested in this > upcoming event ... These events are held on a semi-regular basis and often also take place in Sydney. > For more information, full course programme or a copy of the brochure > please visit <outbind://33/www.savantes.com/savantes> > www.savantes.com/savantes, or call Olive Business on +61 3 9387 9919. On another olive oil note, while I was away I was blessed with the opportunity to taste a biodynamic olive oil fresh off the press. The oil was only just received recently back from the processors and was only about four weeks old:-)))) Christine, you seem to have your finger on the pulse of olive oil and related happenings. Do you have a particular affinity with the oil or are you connected to the industry in some way? Just curious as I love to read posts about the good oil and I became a convert some time ago now:-)) Vicki

I bet it was almost good enough to drink! > Christine, you seem to have your finger on the pulse of olive oil and > related happenings. Just curious as I love to read > posts about the good oil and I became a convert some time ago now:-)) My first passion (and professional training) is food, and cooking (esp. fine/gourmet food and dining). For some reason I am very into various oils and salts (I know all about all sorts of edible oils and gourmet salts). I am also of Mediterranean descent, so I practically have olive oil coursing through my veins I love the stuff. I go through so much olive oil in this house! In addition, I try to keep up on happenings related to the food industry - particularly natural products, and if they're also items that can be used in the making of toiletries and various sundries, then all the better > Vicki *Smile* Chris (list mom) http://www.alittleolfactory.com

There were a couple of varieties, picked at different stages. > My first passion (and professional training) is food, and cooking (esp. > fine/gourmet food and dining). > For some reason I am very into various oils and salts (I know all about > all sorts of edible oils and gourmet salts). Ok. I have lots of olive websites marked and information about the oil squirrelled away. If you're ever looking for specific information, contact me offlist and I'll send you what I have. > I am also of Mediterranean descent, so I practically have olive oil > coursing through my veins I like to tell people that I'm really an Italian trapped in an Australian body LOL.
