Is there anything that would be good for helping me get my voice

back? I've been having bad allergy attacks, and between the

post-nasal drip, sneezing and coughing, my voice has gone. All I can

do is croak or whisper! At work, I even had to have a friend record

an alternate voicemail greeting on my phone so people know I can't

talk and they should communicate with me by email instead.

Any ideas? I think my vocal cords got scared into hiding!

Thanks!

Karen :)

Try a cold compress with these essential oils.

Lavender

Geranium

Frankincense

Sandalwood

If you have access to organic geranium you could try a gargle:

Disolve 1 drop of geranium in a small amount of honey. Mix with cool

water and gargle.

Sipping cool lemon water can also help if your throat is not irritated

by the lemon juice.

Hope you feel better soon.
