No ma'am .. that is not what I mean. As stated below .. IF .. the pain

is due to spasms of the Psiatic Nerve .. odds are great one will get

temporary relief from Origanum .. because its anti-spasmodic. If the

back pain is due to other causes one might notice no relief at all.

And this was true (for me) as of 9-10 hours ago. After the weekend of

swimming for an hour twice a day .. something I had not done in over a

year .. and climbing mountain trails that normal folks shouldn't be

messing with in the second place .. I woke up this morning and was in

deep kimchi. I was walking bent over to the right like I was carrying

50 pounds on a rope in my right hand .. my Psiatic problems have always

been on the left side .. due to old injuries from a parachute jump.

I walked around like a crooked man for an hour or so .. then I sniffed

Origanum vulgare for 20-25 seconds or so and within 3-4 minutes the pain

began to become less noticeable .. then it went away. And it has NOT

returned today. Odds are it will be there in the morning.

>>Sounds like my problem .. and the problem MANY folks share .. sounds

>>like Cyatica or spasms of the Psiatic Nerve. The common short term

>>but its longer than I prefer) treatment is heat and rest and very

>>careful stretching. More immediate though temporary relief comes from

>>something very simple .. sniffing any of the Carvacrol rich Origanums ..

>>they are ALL very anti-spasmodic. This is not theory .. its not info

>>from one of the AT novels .. its from a number of years of my personal

>>experience and the reports of those who I have shared this information

>>with.
