This works in our barn and it's very easy to do! Take a gallon zip loc bag

and fill it halfway with water. On one corner of the zip part, tie a piece

of string and then hang the bags around your barn. From what I've been

told, the flies think the water bags are spider webs and stay away. We

don't have a fly problem anymore and we have sheep, goats and a horse!

I saw this at an outdoor restaurant about 8 years ago. I asked them why

they had the water bags hanging all around and he said it kept the flies

away! Sure enough we were able to eat our food in piece and did not have

one fly land on our table. I live in Texas where it's almost always hot and

humid and flies are aplenty!!

It's pretty funny when people come see our animals and ask what they bags

are for. After I tell them, they realize there really aren't any flies

around!! Every once in awhile we may see on in the barn, but it's not like

it was before!
