Do the omega 3s you're taking include DHA and EPA? And how's your thyroid doing?

Is your hair brittle as well?

My hair is not brittle. Yes my omega is complete. I had my thyroid tested and

the Dr. said it was normal and I had someone else look at it and said it was ok

but leaning towards the low side but not much. I do add iodine to my diet. I'm

stumped!
