Guest guest Posted December 17, 2009 Report Share Posted December 17, 2009 Thanks so much for your reply. I actually went to a local health food store the otehr day and asked them what they recommended. They also told me to try MSM, so that's what he's doing. He already takes a glucosamine-chondroitin supplement every day, as well as Udo's oil. I've never tried coconut oil, but I've read many good things about it, so I may give that a try as well. I only use extra virgin olive oil right now.
