Colloidal silver, both drinking it and swishing, will help your tooth

infection. You can get it in some health food stores, Whole Foods, for one,

but dilute it down so that it is 10-20 ppm. You can also order a generator

on the internet and make your own, which is what I do. Silver is nature's

antibiotic. I have used it to kill an infection that I had due to a broken

tooth. Within half an hour the pain was gone and that was that. It works

great!!! You can also use Hydrogen peroxide and swish it around the tooth.

Does anyone have any remedies for an infection around the root of a tooth?

I've had four root canals on this tooth and had two different endodontists

look at it, but nothing has helped with the pain and sensitivity. The

infection is at the tip of one of the roots and is pretty small. The next step

is surgery and I'd like to avoid that if possible.

Thanks in advance!

Hi Jenny.

I would suggest using clay which draws out infection. The easist way is to mix

up some clay, wrap it in paper towel strips and lay on the gum. It worked for me

when I had an abcess last year. There is a very good List called eytons

earth which I would recommend joining. The list owner Jason is very helpfull.
